Exhibition OverviewThe 15th Yunguichuan (Guiyang) Agricultural Machinery Expo 2025 will be held on December 19-20, 2025 at the Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Exhibition Procedure
1. Exhibitors should have a valid Business License and legal approval documents for production and operation.
2. Booth allocation principle: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first".
3. After selecting a booth, exhibitors are required to carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application and Contract Form", affix the official seal, and fax or email it to the conference organizing committee.
4. Within 5 working days of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee shall be wired or paid to the organizing unit. If payment is not made after the deadline, the organizing committee has the right to change the original booth or cancel its participation qualification.
5. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to send the bank remittance receipt to the organizing unit.
