Comparative Analysis of Tractor Production in November 2025
Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released production data for large, medium, and small tractors (wheeled and tracked tractors) produced by enterprises above designated size in November 2025 (National Bureau of Statistics standards: high horsepower tractors: greater than 100 horsepower; medium horsepower tractors: 25-100 horsepower; low horsepower tractors: 20-25 horsepower). The total output of tractors in November 2025 was 31592 units, with a cumulative production of 424763 units of various wheeled tractors from January to November, a decrease of 6.3% compared to the same period last year.
01. Production Status of Large Tractors
According to statistical data, the production of large tractors in November 2025 was 75260 units, an increase of 30.3% compared to the same period in 2024, and an increase of 7.25% compared to the previous month. From January to November, a total of 106700 units were produced, which remained the same as the same period in 2024.

02. Production Status of Medium sized Tractors
The production of medium-sized tractors in November 2025 was 150.66 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 2.6% compared to the same period in 2024, and an increase of 1.21% compared to the previous month. From January to November, a total of 208063 units were produced, a year-on-year decrease of 5.2% compared to the same period in 2024.

03. Production of small tractors
In November 2025, the production of small tractors was 9000 units, a year-on-year decrease of 25% compared to the same period in 2024, and the same as last month. From January to November, the production of small drag accounted for 110000 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16% compared to the same period in 2024.

Conclusion:
The overall downward pressure on the tractor market still exists, and the year-on-year decline in cumulative production from January to November has further expanded. Large tractors have become the most prominent growth point this month, with a year-on-year increase of 30.3% in monthly production, bringing the cumulative production to the same level as the same period last year. As a pillar of the market, medium-sized tractors have shown relatively stable performance, with a slight increase compared to the previous month but a slight decrease compared to the same period last year. The cumulative decline has narrowed compared to the previous month, demonstrating a certain level of demand resilience. The downward trend of small tractors has not improved, and the cumulative decline has expanded to 16%. The tractor industry in our country is entering a new stage of development where quality is exchanged for quantity and stock is optimized.
